Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects
Review and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports
Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Ensure construction works meet approved drawings and technical specifications
Manage quantities, material approvals, and method statements
Support procurement and vendor coordination for civil materials
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory regulations
Assist in testing, inspection, and project handover documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
2- 5 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of civil works (concrete, steel, earthworks, finishing)
Familiarity with local authority regulations and international standards
Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools (MS Project / Primavera)
Good communication and coordination skills
