Job Description:

DYSOM GTC is seeking a skilled 3D Designer/Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and visualizations for architectural, interior, and real estate projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to produce immersive and high- quality visual content that meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models for interior, exterior, and landscape designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or equivalent.

• Develop immersive and realistic 3D walkthroughs and renderings for presentation to clients.

• Collaborate with architects and design teams to translate floor plans and sketches into 3D visualizations.

• Ensure high visual quality and accuracy in all 3D outputs, paying close attention to details.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.

• Proficiency in 3D design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or similar.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your experience in 3D visualization.

• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
