Job Overview: We are seeking skilled and detail- oriented 3D Printer Material Operators to

oversee the material preparation and handling for large- scale 3D printing projects. The role

requires hands- on experience with operating and maintaining material systems and ensuring the

seamless integration of materials in our 3D printing processes

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, load,and manage construction materials(concrete,mortar,etc.)for 3D printing.

·Operate and monitor material feeder systems,ensuring continuous and efficient material

flow.

Calibrate and adjust 3D printer setings based on material type and project specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on material handling equipment.

Collaborate with engineers and the technical team to optimize material formulations for

specific pojects.

Conduct quality checks on materials to ensure they meet the required standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve any material- related issues that arise during the printing

process.

·Maintain a cleahand organized work environment,ensuring compliance with safety

protocols.

Qualifications:

·Proven experience as a material handler or operator in a construction or manufacturing

environment, ideally with 3D printers or related equipment.

Knowledge of construction materials such as concrete, mortar,and additives.

·Ability to work with digital interfaces and control systems for material feeding

equipment.

Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.

·Ability to lift and move heavy materials when necessary.

·Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
