A leading F&B company in Ardiya is looking for a Cost Controller with F&B Experience

We are seeking a detail- oriented and reliable Cost Controller with F&B experience to support the daily function of an F&B company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven work experience in a Cost Controller role in F&B Industry

• Monitoring and checking the purchase invoices and returns (with PO & direct purchase)

• Monitoring transactions of the Void, Discount 100%, Hospitality Food staff (hardcopies checks)

• Prepare the cost for the item menu by uploading it to the system

• Counting, calculating, and posting the ending inventory with variances

• Follow up & Summaries the quotations of suppliers (Food & Beverage & General)

• Monitoring the requisitions from (CK and warehouse)to the Branches

• Monitoring the sales returns transactions from the locations

• Checking the wastages normal & abnormal

• Spot- check visits to the locations

• Monitoring the transfers between locations

• Communicate with the purchasing department about PO and invoice issues.

• Prepare and analyze the cost reports (Menu engineering, Flash cost).
