What we are looking for :

• Proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist with MenaMe Soaftware

• Manage and execute end- to- end payroll processes using the MenaMe system.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.

• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Generate, analyze, and present payroll reports to management.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for payroll accuracy and issue resolution

• Address and resolve employee payroll queries effectively.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational skills, Speed to quality and attention to detail.
