work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple

tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete

reports to management.

Scope of work

+ Preparing accounts and returns

+ Monitoring spending and budgets

+ Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by

compiling and analyzing account information.

+ Ensure timely payments for any invoices, refunds via different payment methods

+ Submitting reports, invoice copies, etc. to the external financial companies

+ Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

+ Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

» Assist in company financial audit as needed

+ Documents financial transactions by entering account information

+ Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports

+ Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations

+ Keeping account books and systems up to date

+ Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements

+ Proven work experience as an Accountant.

+ Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and

procedures

+ Hands- on experience with accounting software will be an added advantage

+ Advanced MS Excel skills including Vilookups and pivot tables

+ Experience with general ledger functions

+ Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

* Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

+ Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus

* Quick thinker, attentive to details
