• Responsible for all monthly general ledger procedures including journal entry preparation, discrepancy resolution, account analysis, as well as cost accounting.

• Review and record accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial transactions.

• Maintain an organized backup database of recorded enrolls/information/invoices to ensure proper document retention.

• Dealing with and following up on accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll entries.

• Inventory reconciliation maintenance.

• Familiar with banking transactions.

• Perform other duties related to the job assigned by the line manager.

* Work experience

At least two years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably if he has experience in the field of projects.
