We are seeking a skilled and detail- oriented Odoo ERP Specialist with hands- on experience in Purchasing and Inventory Management, along with basic accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock operations, procurement processes, and maintaining accurate records within Odoo ERP to support smooth day- to- day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain inventory records in Odoo, including stock entries, adjustments, transfers, and inventory control.

Handle purchasing operations such as RFQs, purchase orders, supplier coordination, delivery follow- ups, and vendor communication.

Monitor stock movement and ensure proper documentation and system accuracy.

Coordinate with warehouse and accounting teams to ensure efficient workflow and accurate stock handling.

Verify supplier invoices and match them against purchase orders and received items.

Conduct inventory reconciliation between physical stock and Odoo records.

Generate and analyze inventory, purchasing, and stock valuation reports.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.

Assist in improving operational efficiency and maintaining organized ERP data.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience using Odoo ERP, specifically the Purchase and Inventory modules.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoice processes.

Strong knowledge of procurement, stock control, and warehouse operations.

Good communication, coordination, and problem- solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data entry.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in automotive spare parts or performance parts industry is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with barcode systems, POS integration, or multi- warehouse management.

Knowledge of inventory costing and stock valuation methods.
