Accountant and Office Admin Position Available

Urgent Requirement

We are looking for highly qualified candidates for the the posts of Accountant – 1 and office Administrator – 1.

Accountant candidate should have a minimum experience of 3- 4 yrs in Kuwait.

• Manage all accounting transactions.

• Prepare budget forecasts.

• Publish financial statements in time.

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Ensure timely bank payments.

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.

• Audit financial transactions and documents.

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

• Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Administrator candidate should have a minimum 2- 3 yrs of Experience in Kuwait.

• Manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team.

• Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

• Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.

• Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences.

• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.

• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.

• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
