Job Description (Dishdashah Company):

We are seeking a reliable and detail- oriented Accountant / Shop Operations Assistant to join our team in Al Qurain. This role combines accounting, cashiering, inventory management, and customer service responsibilities within a retail tailoring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily cashier operations, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash records, following with Whatsapp/Online orders.

Perform accounting tasks such as journal entries, balance sheets, cost of goods sold (COGS), and basic financial reporting

Manage and track shop inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times

Coordinate with suppliers for ordering materials and maintaining stock availability

Oversee customer orders, maintain client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels and restock items when necessary

Record and report quality control notes for dishdashah production, ensuring all data is entered into the system accurately

Assist in organizing shop operations and maintaining efficient workflow

Requirements:

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory

Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge and experience

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Experience in retail, tailoring, or inventory systems is a plus

Good communication skills for dealing with customers and suppliers

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Salary: 200 KWD (based on experience and performance)
