Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail- oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely

responses.

• Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record- keeping.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

• Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.

Qualifications:

• bachelor’s degree in related field.

• 2- 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related

role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
