Admin Officer Situation in Kuwait

Job Description:

* Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.

* Solving Employee problems related to Visa or residency

* Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary

* Work related to Kuwait Embassy

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role

Solid Knowledge in Arabic (To Read, Write & Speak)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

Strong organization skills with a problem- solving attitude

High school diploma, additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Egyptian is an advantage
