Administration Officer Needed

We are currently seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of our company while gaining valuable experience and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings.

Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

Assist in organizing company events and coordinating logistics.

Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related field are a plus.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Professionalism and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
