Administrative & Logistics Coordinator/ Business Development Associate

We are an international medical equipment company expanding our operations in Kuwait. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to assist with day- to- day administrative operations, shipping and logistics coordination, and support the establishment and ongoing administration of our Kuwait entity.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow with an expanding international organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and office support.
Coordinate shipping, courier services, and package deliveries.
Deliver and collect documents and small parcels from government offices, customers, and business partners as required.
Assist with company registration, licensing, and regulatory filings.
Liaise with government ministries and local authorities when necessary.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
Maintain company records and administrative documentation.
Schedule meetings and communicate with local partners and international management.
Support the launch and ongoing operations of our Kuwait business.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in administration, office management, logistics, or operations.
Familiarity with Kuwait government procedures is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Valid Kuwaiti driving licence preferred.
Ability to travel locally throughout Kuwait for business- related tasks.
Professional, trustworthy, and detail- oriented.
Compensation
