AI and Automation Solutions Engineer (LLM and Agent Focus)

A leading multinational company is seeking a highly skilled AI and Automation Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents. This role is a critical blend of software engineering, AI integration, and workflow optimization, focused on creating scalable and efficient processes across our business operations.

Overview:

A technical role focused on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents. The engineer will streamline business processes by building scalable, AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop autonomous AI agents using frameworks like Lang Chain, Auto Gen, or CrewAI.

-Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama) and build RAG pipelines.

-Architect and optimize multi-step AI workflows with prompt chains and tool-calling logic.

-Create automation Scripts and microservices in Python for APIs, databases, and applications.

-Implement monitoring systems for agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

-Collaborate with product, data, and Dev Ops teams to scale solutions from prototype to production.

Requirements:

-3 + Years in software engineering or AI/ML development.

-Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Hugging Face).

-Proven experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).

-Familiarity with automation tools (Airflow, Zapier, n8n, etc.) and REST APIs.

Nice-to-Have:

-experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).

-Knowledge of Dev Ops tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

-Awareness of AI data governance and compliance.
