A travel and tourism company is looking to hire a Travel & Reservation Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Booking and issuing airline tickets.

Booking hotels and arranging all necessary travel requirements for customers.

Following up on reservations and making amendments when required.

Handling reservation systems such as Galileo & Amadeus, as well as online booking platforms.

Providing customer support and responding to travel- related inquiries.

Requirements:

Candidates with intermediate experience or no experience are welcome to apply.

Good knowledge of flight and hotel reservations is preferred.

Ability to deal with customers professionally.

Commitment, discipline, and reliability.

Good command of English.

Arabic language is required.

Applicant must be of Arab nationality, male or female.
