Architectural Sales Engineer Situations Vacant

Main Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business leads for commercial projects and government tenders.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial lead through contract signature.

* Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

* Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and status updates in the system provided by the concerned person.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

*Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. *Basic understanding of the field and capable of communicating certain technical subjects in that field.

*Demonstrate work and professional ethics and is socially smart.

*⁠Understanding in city laws and legal processes and restrictions.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

*Knowledge of the commercial and government tendering process:

Arab nationals preferred

Kuwaiti nationals who are freshers with architectural related degree acceptable.

Regular Visa 18 (Ahli), Immediate Joining,

Male/Female. Arab with Driver's License and Car
