Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Staff Management: Train, and manage BOH/FOH staff to ensure efficient operations.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation.

Quality Control: Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment.

Cost Control: Manage expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and utilities.

Customer Satisfaction

Order Accuracy: Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Feedback Analysis: Gather customer feedback and implement improvements.

Financial Performance

Sales: Drive sales and revenue growth.

Profitability: Manage costs and maximize profitability.

Budgeting: Develop and manage the store's budget.

Technology Management

POS Systems: Oversee the operation of point- of- sale systems.
