The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day- to- day operations of a cloud kitchen and ensuring its profitability. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the food industry.
Key Responsibilities

Staff Management: Train, and manage BOH/FOH staff to ensure efficient operations.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment.
Cost Control: Manage expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and utilities.
Customer Satisfaction
Order Accuracy: Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Feedback Analysis: Gather customer feedback and implement improvements.
Financial Performance
