We’re Hiring: Area Manager (Food & Beverage)

We are looking for a dynamic and results- driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple outlets and ensure operational excellence, team performance, and business growth.

• 3–5 years of F&B operations experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.

• Experience in managing or supporting multiple outlets (multi- branch exposure is an advantage).

• Basic understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control with the ability to support financial performance tracking.

• Strong leadership potential with good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Monitor operational standards, service quality, and compliance with company procedures across all assigned locations.

• Support outlet managers in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and improving profitability.

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant management teams to maintain high performance and employee engagement.

• Support new outlet openings, operational projects, and process improvements when required.
