Key Responsibilities
• Supervise reception, reservations, and guest relations teams
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Support staff training and scheduling
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Requirements
• Previous experience in hotel front office operations
