We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily operations, project coordination, and field execution activities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily operational and project activities to ensure timely execution

Coordinate with teams, supervisors, and suppliers for smooth workflow

Prepare daily, weekly, and operational progress reports

Ensure site execution quality and compliance with company standards

Follow up on technical issues and support operational problem- solving

Contribute to improving operational efficiency and reducing execution errors

Requirements

Strong organizational and coordination skills/ Arab Nationality

Experience in operations, project coordination, or site supervision

Good reporting and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines

Attention to quality, accuracy, and process improvement

Ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail- oriented, and capable of supporting fast- paced operational environments.
