Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation: Craft high- quality coffees, teas, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, take orders accurately, and anticipate customer needs.

Cash Handling: Process payments through point- of- sale (POS) systems, manage cash drawers, and maintain daily sales accuracy.

Maintenance & Cleaning: Deep- clean espresso machines, sanitize work areas, clear tables, and restock supplies to meet health and safety codes.

Product Knowledge: Educate customers on different coffee beans, roast profiles, and brewing methods.
