A brand manager oversees a company's public image and market positioning. They develop overarching strategies that set a brand apart from competitors. By aligning messaging, design, and marketing campaigns with consumer insights, they ensure the brand is consistent, recognizable, and drives sales.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute long- term brand growth strategies and craft unique stories that foster customer loyalty.
Market Research: Analyse consumer behaviour, track competitor offerings, and identify emerging market trends.
Campaign Management: Coordinate with marketing teams, copywriters, and designers to ensure consistency across print, digital, and social channels.
Budget Oversight: Manage allocation of branding and campaign budgets.
Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign success, generate reports, and use data to refine future marketing strategies.
Key Skills Needed
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and translate company goals into actionable marketing narratives.
Analytical Skills: Comfort in evaluating sales data, market research, and campaign performance metrics.
Project Management: Capability to juggle multiple creative projects and lead cross- functional teams.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for pitching ideas and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Job Specifications:
Female & Male
• Experience: Usually 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, such as working in digital marketing, social media, or as an associate brand manager.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Communications. An MBA is a plus for senior or executive roles.
• Visa (18) Transferable
