Role Description

This is a full- time, on- site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hawally. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for business growth, building and maintaining strategic relationships, generating leads, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate across departments to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction through tailored solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

Market analysis and negotiation skills

Proficiency in research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities

Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams

Project management, organizational, and multitasking skills

Knowledge of the construction or maintenance sectors is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus

Proactive and self- driven with a goal- oriented mindset

Arabic nationality / Currently living in kuwait
