Business Development Officer – Delivery & Logistics Services

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in delivery, courier, logistics, e- commerce, and supply chain markets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Meet prospective clients to present company services and customized deliver and logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, e- commerce businesses, and other key stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the delivery, courier, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business accounts.
• Strong relationship- building and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
