Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary (upon achieving the monthly target): 170 KD

Additional Benefits:

Room Allowance: 20 KD per month

Petrol Allowance: 40 KD per month

Performance Target & Incentive Scheme

Monthly Target: 400 Orders

If you achieve 400 orders or more:

You will receive an incentive of 0.800 KD for every order completed above 400.

Example:

450 Orders = 170 KD Salary + (50 × 0.800 KD)

If you do not achieve the monthly target:

A deduction of 0.650 KD will apply for each order below 400.

Example:

350 Orders = 170 KD Salary − (50 × 0.650 KD)

Additional Benefits

Company accommodation and meals will be provided during your initial stay in Kuwait while your Residency (Iqama) and Kuwait Driving Licence are being processed.

Residency and Driving Licence processing normally takes approximately two months.

A company vehicle will be assigned to you for deliveries.

Every company vehicle is fully insured to provide maximum protection and peace of mind while working.

Working Conditions

12 working hours per day.

2 days off per month.

No weekly day off.

30 days of annual leave after completing one year of service.

Annual leave requests must be submitted at least two months in advance.

Performance reviews are conducted annually, with promotion opportunities for outstanding drivers.

Minimum employment contract period: 3 years.

Driver Responsibilities

Maintain a valid Residency (Iqama) and Kuwait Driving Licence after issuance.

Always maintain a professional appearance.

Keep the assigned company vehicle clean and in good condition.

Follow all Kuwait traffic laws and company policies.
