Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer- oriented Car Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting vehicles, providing detailed information about our products, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.

- Follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.

- Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.

- Use computer systems to manage sales records, customer information, and inventory.

- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).

- Good command of English is a plus.

- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patient, courteous, and able to handle customer concerns calmly.

- Previous experience in sales, preferably automotive, is an advantage.

تقديم معلومات تفصيلية عن مواصفات السيارات والأسعار وخيارات التمويل -

متابعة العملاء للحفاظ على علاقات قوية وتشجيع تكرار التعامل -

التعامل مع الاستفسارات والشكاوى والطلبات الخاصة بصبر واحترافية -

استخدام أنظمة الحاسوب لإدارة سجلات المبيعات ومعلومات العملاء والمخزون -

الحفاظ على بيئة صالة العرض نظيفة ومنظمة -

المتطلبات:

الطلاقة في اللغة العربية (كتابة ومحادثة) -

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية -

القدرة على استخدام الحاسوب والتطبيقات الأساسية بكفاءة -

مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة -

الصبر واللباقة والقدرة على التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء بهدوء -

خبرة سابقة في المبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع السيارات، تعتبر ميزة إضافية -
