We are looking for a Case fling Officer for our office in kuwait to guide clients through all procedures required to ensure their successful immigration to Canada/Australia/Europe . He/She will be responsible for furnishing clients with relevant information and resources, supervising the completion of documentation, signing clients for respective countries, and submitting data on behalf of individuals, as required. He/She should also make arrangements to ensure that all clients should be provided information on their files timely and there application process.

To ensure success as an case filing officer, you should exhibit diligence, particularly when completing and submitting requisite paperwork.Case Filing officer will alert clients of foreseeable delays that cannot be avoided.

Case filing Officer Responsibilities:

.Keeping up- to- date with alterations to immigration laws.

.Calling clients and explain on their application process filed with respective high commission/ Embassy or consulate f

.Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.

.Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.

.Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.

Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or Bachelors degree, Should have worked in customer care department, Should be well versed in English/Hindi/Urdu

Experience as an Case filing officer, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to more than one country.

Top- notch research, fact- checking, and writing abilities.

Outstanding verbal communication.

Job Type: Full- time

Salary: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
