The Role: Sales Engineer, CCTV and Security Systems.

This is a dynamic role that blends your technical expertise with your passion for sales. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth and expand our market presence. You will be the key technical point of contact for clients, using your knowledge of CCTV, access control, and other integrated security solutions to close deals and secure new projects. This role is perfect for someone who is as comfortable in a client meeting as they are with a technical blueprint.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and work with our team to prepare winning proposals.

Client Engagement: Lead technical presentations and sales meetings to showcase our security solutions, including CCTV, access control, biometrics, and other security systems.

Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design customized security solutions, preparing technical specifications and bills of quantities (BOQs).

Market Leadership: Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to keep our solutions competitive and identify new opportunities for growth.

Project Support: Provide technical guidance and support during project execution to ensure smooth and successful deployments.

Who We're Looking For

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech), with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.

experience: 5-10 years of experience in the physical security industry, with a proven track record in business development or sales support.

Technical Knowledge: Strong hands-on knowledge of CCTV and security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and security networks (TCP/IP).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must. You should be able to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.

Personal Traits: We need someone who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and has a strong focus on client relationships. You should be a problem-solver who thrives on closing deals and achieving targets.

Bonus Points: A valid Kuwaiti driving license is a strong plus.
