Verify passenger identification and travel documents.

Issue boarding passes and baggage tags.

Weigh and tag checked luggage, ensuring compliance with airline regulations.

Handle special requests, including assistance for passengers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, and special needs.

Provide information about flight status, gate changes, and boarding procedures.

Resolve any issues or complaints that passengers may have with professionalism and empathy.

Coordinate with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure timely and accurate check- in services.

Maintain up- to- date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and systems.

Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Check- in Supervisor or Customer Service Manager
