We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team as part of the pre- opening phase of a new shopping mall in Jaber Al Ahmed. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a landmark project from its early stages and contribute to its successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil maintenance and construction activities on site

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications,

and safety standards

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments

• Identify and resolve any technical issues on site

• Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with project timelines

• Maintain proper documentation and reports for all civil works

• Support the pre- opening setup, including snagging and handover processes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil supervision, preferably within facility

management or large commercial projects

• Experience in pre- opening projects (malls, hotels, or commercial facilities) is an

advantage

• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance, finishing works, and safety standards

• Good leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
