Coffee machine technician Open Position

- Key responsibilities
Installation: Install new coffee machines at client sites, connecting circuits, and performing initial setup and testing.
Repair: Diagnose and fix breakdowns by replacing defective parts in the electrical, hydraulic, or other systems.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine preventative maintenance and annual service visits to ensure equipment is running correctly and efficiently.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to customers by phone, chat, or in person to resolve issues.
• Customer service: Interact with clients, train staff on proper usage, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Preparation: Prepare machines for sale or installation, which may include quality control testing.
Administrative tasks: Organize service calls, manage spare parts inventory, and report on technical findings
Required skills and qualifications
• Technical skills: Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, including hydraulics, is highly valued.
• Problem- solving: Ability to diagnose issues and find permanent solutions.
• Autonomy and organization: Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and stay organized.
• Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and a customer- oriented approach.
• Physical ability: Must be able to travel to customer locations.
Other skills: A valid driver's license is often required. Basic computer skills may also be necessary
