Commercial Manager – Industrial & Oilfield Supply Focus
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to establish and lead a dedicated supply unit focused on the industrial and oilfield sectors, supporting both active and upcoming projects across Kuwait.
Core Supply Areas:
• Industrial machinery and equipment
• Oilfield supplies
• Spare parts for factories and oil & gas companies
• Lifting systems (e.g., overhead cranes)
• Industrial filtration systems (all types and sizes)
• Electromechanical components and systems
(The above reflect current, active business lines — not an exhaustive list.)
This role is designed for a results- driven professional with a proven track record in supplying industrial or oilfield materials to Kuwaiti projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish, manage, and scale the dedicated supply unit
• Build and maintain a robust network of qualified local and international suppliers
• Prepare accurate, competitive, and executable pricing for tenders and direct orders
• Oversee the full procurement cycle—from RFQ to delivery, compliance, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with technical management to ensure seamless technical- commercial alignment
• Exercise full authority over sourcing strategies, supplier negotiation, and procurement execution
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of direct, hands- on experience supplying industrial, electromechanical, or oilfield materials to projects in Kuwait
• Demonstrated excellent outsourcing skills and deep familiarity with global and regional supply chains
• Strong practical knowledge of Kuwait market pricing, supplier capabilities, and import/customs procedures
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)—essential for interpreting technical specifications and managing international correspondence
• Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
• Ability to operate independently with clear, measurable output and accountability
Compensation & Incentives:
• Monthly salary
• Generous profit- sharing percentage based on unit performance once revenue generation begins
• Full administrative, logistical, and financial backing from senior management
