The Online Restaurant Commis will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in preparing, packing, and organizing food orders for online platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.). This role requires speed, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure customers receive the best service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing food items according to recipes and standards.

Support in the packaging and labeling of online food orders.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the work area.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of online orders for delivery.

Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and basic kitchen supplies.

Follow instructions from the Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.

Adhere to company policies, health & safety standards, and Kuwait municipality regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary certification is a plus).

1–3 years of experience as a commis, kitchen helper, or food preparation staff.

Prior experience in F&B or online food delivery operations is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast- paced kitchen environment.

Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
