Chemical Engineer; or a graduate of Chemical Engineering course.

Minimum 3 years of comparable experience from a reputable company; preferably from a synthetic resin manufacturing company.

Optimize productivity by effectively supervising operations.

Reduce wastage of raw materials by correct handling.

Prepare effective scheduling ensuring reduction in downtime of production equipment.

Run production and related activities based on approved standards.

Shift Chemists - Job 5

Bachelor or higher degree in Coatings Technology or Chemistry, Polymer Engineering.

Minimum 7 to 12 years of proven track record in:

O Developing new resins for major industrial clients.

O Managing the functioning of a resin R and D unit.

O Providing adequate customer service and technical support.

Analysis of batch samples to monitor conformity to critical batch parameters.

Conduct adjustment of properties to final specifications.

Proven ability to develop new technologies from the idea phase to successful commercialization.

Develop new and current products to meet customer needs.

High degree of accuracy of laboratory testing.
