المهام والمسؤولية Key Responsibilities

• دراسة وتحليل وثائق المناقصات (BOQs، الرسومات، المواصفات الفنية).

• Review and analyze tender documents (BOQs, drawings, technical specifications).

• إعداد تسعير دقيق للعروض الفنية والمالية للمشاريع الإنشائية.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals for construction projects.

• التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة، المشتريات، والتنفيذ لضمان دقة التكاليف وواقعية الجداول الزمنية.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure cost accuracy and realistic scheduling.

• اقتراح حلول هندسية واقتصادية لتحسين الهوامش الربحية دون التأثير على الجودة أو المتطلبات الفنية.

• Propose value- engineered solutions that enhance profitability without compromising quality or technical requirements.

• المساهمة في تطوير قسم المشاريع الإنشائية ورفع كفاءة الفريق من خلال تبني أفضل الممارسات.

• Contribute to the development of the construction projects department and improve team efficiency through best practices.

• البحث عن فرص مناقصات جديدة وتحليل السوق لدعم توسيع نطاق أعمال الشركة.

• Identify new tender opportunities and conduct market analysis to support business growth.

• تطوير وتحديث منهجيات التسعير الداخلية وقواعد بيانات التكاليف.

• Continuously update internal pricing methodologies and cost databases.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة Qualifications & Experience

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تسعير مشاريع إنشائية (يفضّل أن تكون في شركات مقاولات).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing construction projects (experience in contracting firms is preferred).

• إتقان برامج التسعير مثل CostX أو WinQS، وخبرة متقدمة في Excel.

• Proficiency in pricing software such as CostX or WinQS, and advanced skills in Excel.

• فهم جيد لبنود العقود، شروط الدفع، وآليات إدارة المخاطر المالية.

• Solid understanding of contract terms, payment conditions, and financial risk management.

• مهارات تواصل قوية، وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي فرق متعددة التخصصات.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure within multidisciplinary teams.
