Key Responsibilities:
Optimize Project Management Tools: Utilize your experience to enhance project management tools, ensuring efficiency in planning and execution.
Simplify Document Management: Streamline communication and collaboration through effective document management strategies.
BIM Integration: Drive the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project planning, execution, and lifecycle management.
Safety and Quality Oversight: Oversee building works to guarantee safety and quality standards are met.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure project success.
Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations, administration, and compliance, meeting all contractual responsibilities.
Estimation and Budgeting: Assess project needs and costs, refining budgets collaboratively with stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
Drawing Management: Oversee the drawing process, ensuring accuracy and timely modifications.
Project Approval and Submittals: Manage project approval submittals, tracking and submitting project materials on schedule.
RFI Process Management: Efficiently handle the Request for Information (RFI) process and facilitate team communication.
Punch List Coordination: Coordinate and manage punch list items to ensure project completion and address concerns promptly.
Schedule Optimization: Optimize project deadlines and proactively track progress to anticipate and address delays.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure strict adherence to safety policies on- site.
Resource Allocation: Make project resource allocation efficient, coordinating with department heads to secure necessary resources.
Field Reporting: Manage field reporting and documentation, maintaining accurate and timely on- site activity reporting.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring project criteria are consistently met.
Warranty Management: Develop and implement systems for managing warranties and promptly address concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Proven ERP administrative and construction management skills.
Expertise in BIM methods and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
