Job Title: Consultant – ENT (Otolaryngology)

Hospital: International Hospital

Location: Salmiya, Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT disorders in both adult and pediatric patients.

• Evaluate and treat conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, head, and neck.

• Perform ENT surgical procedures and provide preoperative and postoperative care.

• Conduct and interpret relevant diagnostic tests and examinations.

• Provide consultation services for inpatient and outpatient cases.

• Manage ENT emergencies and complex cases in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.

• Supervise and support junior medical staff as required.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education activities.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards.

Requirements:

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.

• Board Certification, CCT, Arab Board, European Board, American Board, or an equivalent recognized qualification in ENT/Otolaryngology.

• Valid MOH License in Kuwait (mandatory).

• Currently residing in Kuwait (applications from within Kuwait only).

• Valid professional and educational certificates.

• Minimum 8–10 years of post- specialization experience in ENT, preferably in a hospital setting.

• Expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of ENT conditions and performing ENT surgical procedures.

• Strong clinical, leadership, and decision- making skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
