# Job Purpose

- Provides consultation to major/complex shortcomings including specialized advice on matters related to the development of Admin/Technical issues within field of profession. Reviews and conducts studies for all business matters in the company.

# Key Responsibilities

a) Provides management with consultation and solution capabilities to facilitate decision making for complexed, unforeseen and anticipated challenges encountered.

b) Defines scope of studies and leads the related activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

c) Reviews major technical and commercial issues within KOC in liaison with all concerned Directorates. Directs the related data gathering and analysis in order to resolve the arising issues.

d) Liaises and co- ordinates with all level employees within the company, to study and investigates challenges, make recommendations on proper course of action as fit- for- the- purpose solution.

e) Reviews findings and recommendations of data analysis and prepares final proposals to be submitted to Management.

f) Reviews complex business processes and analyses gathered information to provide consultation of company weaknesses and provide solution7plan.

g) Consults on the implementation mechanism for the identification, development, evaluation and use of emerging new issues/processes/technologies.

h) Reviews and provides advice on detailed business plans to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals set by the company management.

i) Reviews and evaluates studies/policies/procedures related to administrative/technical issues within field of expertise, provides recommendations and way forward plan. Presents to Management/Leadership to seek decision on critical business matters.

j) Provides coaching / mentoring for all employees, to develop their technical & behavior competencies.

k) Provides long- term goals for the future organizational improvements.

l) Actively applies the risk management process in their daily duties.

m) Commits and works to deliver good risk management performance.

n) Seeks to improve knowledge and understanding of effective risk management principles and practices through continuing personal development.

o) Carries out other related duties, ensures that HSEMS rules and regulations are adhered to and operating PC.

# Independence of Operation and Accountability

a) Reports as assigned.

b) Determines work method from several existing alternatives according to professional standards.

c) Accountable for providing consultation on Admin/Technical matters in accordance with company standards and regulations.

# Physical Effort

a) Approx 10% of time is spent standing & walking.

# Minimum Qualification Requirements

a) Education & Training: University Degree in Engineering/Business Admin/Science or equivalent.

# Experience Requirements

a) Experience (General & Specialized): 15 years’ experience within required field of profession.
