Corporate Finance Manager Needed

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis and Planning

o Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision- making.

o Analyze key business drivers and provide insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.

o Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long- term financial plans.

2. Valuations and Investment Appraisal

o Perform company valuations, investment appraisals, and financial due diligence for potential business opportunities or transactions.

o Lead the financial evaluation of Merger&Acquisition opportunities and strategic projects, including valuation modeling and sensitivity analysis.

o Partner with cross- functional teams to assess financial impact and value creation potential.

3. Financial Reporting and Compliance

o Manage the preparation of internal reports and financial presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

o Collaborate with accounting to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial statements and disclosures.

4. Strategic Support and Stakeholder Engagement

o Provide strategic financial support to executive management and other stakeholders.

o Partner with departments to drive cross- functional financial alignment and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred.

• Minimum of [5] years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or a similar role.

. Must have hands on experience in Merger&Acquisition

• Strong experience in financial modeling, company valuations, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and decision- making skills
