Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail- oriented Costing Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in manufacturing cost analysis, product costing, and inventory control, with a strong understanding of financial principles and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze product costing, standard costs, and variance reports.

Monitor and control production costs, material consumption, and overhead allocations.

Support monthly closing activities and cost reconciliation.

Work closely with the production and purchasing departments to ensure accurate cost tracking.

Maintain the cost accounting system and ensure data accuracy in the ERP.

Provide management with insights on cost efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in the plastic industry or similar production- based business.

Knowledge of standard costing and cost variance analysis.
