Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control food & beverage costs across branches.

Analyze inventory consumption and wastage.

Conduct regular stock audits and spot checks.

Prepare cost reports and variance analysis.

Review purchasing, receiving, and storage procedures.

Ensure proper recipe costing and portion control.

Work closely with kitchen, purchasing, and finance teams.

Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve margins.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in Cost Control within F&B or restaurants.

Strong knowledge of inventory systems and food costing.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Detail- oriented and well- organized.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ready to join immediately is a plus.
