Provide assistance and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem- solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
