Customer Service & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a professional and customer- focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.

* Assist customers with orders, products, and delivery information.

* Follow up with customers and ensure excellent service.

* Process orders accurately and efficiently.

* Coordinate with the sales and production team regarding customer requests.

* Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

* Well- organized and able to multitask.

* Good computer and WhatsApp skills.

* Positive attitude and professional appearance.

* Previous customer service experience is preferred.

* Transferable residency (Visa 18).
