About Us:

We are a logistics provider specializing in optimizing supply chains with IT, warehousing, distribution, and e- commerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and calls.

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Receive and process international shipments in accordance with company procedures.

Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls

Updating data base.

Location : Al- Dajeej, Farwaniya

Working hours : Saturday to Thursday, 9: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma/High school

1- 2 years of relevant experience in call centre/customer service in the logistics industry

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem- solving skills.

Native Arabic speaker and good communication skills in English.

Valid transferable visa
