Experience : 2+ Years

-Preferably previous experience working on Delivery Food Application(Talabat, Deliveroo Etc)

-Must have Fluency in Kuwaiti Accent Arabic

-Collaborate with the COO on operational tasks.

-Coordinate with B2B customers via application and system tickets.

-Oversee projects and take ownership of outcomes.

-Should be from IT background and knowing Photoshop is an advantage.

-Handle customer complaints and feedback post- sales (B2C)

-Accepting Visa 18 Ahli, Immediate Joiners

-Working Hrs - 8 Hrs (Weekly One Day off), Location - Kuwait City
