Education and Background:

High school diploma or bachelor s degree preferred.

2 5 Years of customer service experience

Technical and Functional Skills:

Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails.

Log and manage tickets in CRM systems

Follow established Scripts, knowledge bases, and escalation procedures.

Process refunds and discounts as per company policy.

Update and verify information on food aggregators.

Assist with menu updates

Skills and Competencies:

Analyze marketing impact on customer service tickets.

Track and report refund/discount trends and reasons.

Monitor repeat customer ratios across platforms.

Contribute to customer retention and Churn reduction strategies.
