The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who provide our customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.

Responsibilities:

- Acting to provide information about services and products

- Resolving any problem that might face the client

- To ensure an excellent service & high standard and to the maintenance of high customer satisfaction

- Responding promptly to client's inquiries

- Keeping records of client’s interactions & comments

- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2- 3 years of relevant experience

- Higher diploma or Bachelor’s degree

- Native Arabic speaker & English as a 2nd language

- Background in call center & operator environment

- Good Computer skills

- Excellent Communication skills
