Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and ERP.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.

Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all departments.

Support management with dashboards and performance summaries.

Coordinate with finance, operations, and sales teams.

Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Proven experience in data entry and basic data analysis.

Arabic speaker with good command of English (reading & writing).

High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ready to join immediately is a plus.
