We are looking for a professional candidate for Data Entry Cum Storekeeper Job Role (Dual Role) at Part-Time (Morning: 8am to 1pm)

Job Description:

Accurately enter all Supplier Bills, Customer Invoices, Payment Receipts and other Expenses.

Verify each bills and purchases against Job Orders through the Service Management software.

Scan Digital Record of Payment Receipts, Bills etc. For future use; also maintain all such bills, receipts etc. In separate files in an organized manner.

Assist in any other administrative task as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date record of all inventory items.

Record all the materials issued to technician s vehicle.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts (monthly/quarterly).

Monitor Inventory levels and proactively order materials to prevent stock out.
